3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Loops and Hangers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

  • Loops and Hangers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.

2. Return Process
